Eden Pure GEN3 Infrared Heater Review
Eden Pure produces high quality infrared heaters that provide safe, efficient and healthy heat for your home. They have different models in varying price ranges that can heat areas from 300-1000 square feet. The Eden Pure heater that I purchased was the GEN3 Model 500, and it has exceeded my initial expectations while helping to save me money on my monthly heating bills.
The heart of the Eden Pure heater is a quartz infrared lamp that warms special copper tubes within the unit. The heat that dissipates from these tubes then transfers into the humidity in the room, providing a soft type of heat that is healthy for your family. The heat quickly warms a space from floor to ceiling, and wall to wall.
Conventional space heaters and coil heaters can actually reduce the level of oxygen in the air because the air surrounding the unit is being heating to a very high level, which poses safety risks. The great thing about the Eden Pure is that it will never reach a combustible temperature, so the threat of a fire is completely eliminated. In fact, the heater is actually safe to the touch when it is operating, so you do not need to worry if you have small children or pets in your home.
The main thing that initially attracted me to the Eden Pure infrared heater was the promise of saving money on my heating bills, and it has exceeded my expectations in this regard. I am able to save money because when using this heater, I do not need to run my furnace which heats rooms that no one is in, or plans on being in. A furnace channels heat to unused rooms in your home, and this costs you additional money. Using an infrared heater eliminates the needs for this, and is why it saves me costs on my heating bills each month. The objects in a room with an infrared heater also absorb the heat produced by the unit which helps heat the room further using even less energy.
Over the years I have had standard coil heaters in my home in an attempt to cut back on heating costs, but they do not even compare to the Eden Pure, or any infrared heater for that matter. Coil heaters do not heat the room evenly and for me, the heat they produced was often times quite stuffy and uncomfortable. The Eden Pure GEN3 can heat an entire room in approximately 15 minutes, and a standard heater would only heat the objects directly in its surrounding area in that time span.
Overall, I am very happy with my infrared heater purchase, and encourage others to think smart this winter and get one for their home. It has lowered my heating costs just as advertised, and provides a comforting soft heat that my family and I absolutely love.
